Packages and Programs

Why Packages and Programs?

  1. Introducing lasting change takes time. So does the maintenance of it. Progress needs to be carefully monitored and any bottlenecks to progress need to be systematically eliminated at each step.

  2. Each person is unique and physiological response to the same intervention will differ from person to person in terms of speed and magnitude. Careful monitoring combined with tweaks and adjustments are often necessary based on the response.

  3. Habit formation is half the job done, but we are all human, and sustaining the momentum and motivation is not as easy as it appears in the beginning. A structured approach helps in habit formation as well as maintenance.

  4. The length of interventions often needs to be adjusted to best reflect the complexity of the conditions and actual responses to the interventions. The phased program approach allows flexibility of adjusting the number and interval of follow-ups depending on the progress.
